For a wedding anniversary, a birthday or another day that matters, the atelier writes your message by hand on a card and packs it with the jacket.

    Every jacket and coat is cut after you order it, in our atelier in Florence: in a standard size, or to measure.

  2. Write your message

    On the page of the piece, below the sizes, open “A handwritten card” and write your message, with the occasion if you wish.

For a particular date, order at least 2 weeks ahead for a standard size, or 3 weeks for made to measure, and allow for delivery on top.

If the date is close, write to us before you order: we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.

Sizing

A size for someone else

  • Returns

    A standard piece can be exchanged for another size, or returned, if you write to us within 14 days of delivery. Please send it back unworn beyond trying on, undamaged, with all its tags and in its original packaging. The shipping costs of an exchange are yours, both ways; for a return, the cost of the DHL Express label is deducted from the refund. For a gift, keep the packaging until the size is confirmed.

  • Find my size

    On pieces with a measured size chart, “Find my size” compares a jacket they already wear, laid flat and measured from armpit to armpit, with the measured pattern of the piece.

  • Made for one person

    A piece cut to measure, or made to your choices in the atelier, cannot be returned or exchanged once cutting has begun. For a surprise, choose a standard piece.

Can the message be written on the jacket itself?

No. The atelier does not letter or monogram its jackets; your words go on the card.

What if the size is not right?

A standard piece can be exchanged for another size, or returned, if you write to us within 14 days of delivery.
