Made to order, not from a shelf.
Every Emilio Moretti piece is cut and stitched after you order it. Our jackets are hand-cut and hand-finished in our atelier in Florence. Standard sizes ship within 2 weeks of your order; made-to-measure pieces ship within 3 weeks. The moment it ships, you receive a tracking link.
Delivery
- Netherlands: flat rate €89, 2 to 4 working days after dispatch
- Belgium: flat rate €89, 2 to 4 working days after dispatch
- All other countries, worldwide: flat rate €89
We cannot deliver to countries under international trade sanctions (currently Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Cuba).
Duties and taxes
Within the European Union, the price you see is the price you pay: VAT is included and no customs duties apply, so there is nothing to pay at the door. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and local taxes are included in our prices as well: we pay them for you when your order clears customs, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
A note on timing
A jacket that is cut to order does not leave the workshop early. If your order is time-sensitive, for a gift or an occasion, write to info@emiliomoretti.com before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.
On arrival
Please check your parcel as soon as it arrives. If the packaging or the piece is damaged, write to info@emiliomoretti.com as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, with your order number and photographs of the piece, the packaging and the shipping label.
Returns
Standard pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery; the cost of return shipping is yours. Pieces made for you, to your measurements or to your choices in the atelier, cannot be returned. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for the full terms, including the position on made-to-measure orders.
